Terms and conditions

1. Referrer will receive a referral code via SMS sent by OSIM Malaysia, upon any new purchase at any OSIM store or OSIM website for the qualifying period of 09 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

2. Referral code will only be issued one time per customer/referrer. For subsequent purchases made by the same customer, no new referral codes will be issued.

3. Each referral code is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

4. The referrer can share the same referral code to multiple friends/referee. Each friend/referee can only use the referral code once.

5. Referral code must be presented at the time of purchase for referee to redeem the gift.

6. The gift(s) for referee will be awarded according to the total quantity purchased of the eligible products.

7. All gift(s) are subject to stock availability and may be changed without prior notice.

8. For each successful referral, referrer will be rewarded with an OSIM Cash Voucher.

9. Only 1 OSIM Cash Voucher will be issued for each successful referral.

10. The OSIM Cash Voucher code will be sent via SMS 1 day after the referee makes the purchase.

11. OSIM Cash Voucher code issued for this program will be based on the highest value product the referee purchased using the referral code.

12. OSIM Cash Voucher codes issued for this program will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.

13. OSIM Cash Voucher codes issued for this program can be accumulated but cannot be combined with other vouchers, and not valid for redemption against repair services and accessories.

14. OSIM Cash Voucher codes issued for this program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unutilized amount during redemption will be forfeited and not refundable.

15. OSIM Cash Voucher code/s must be presented at the time of purchase.

16. OSIM (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change the program’s rewarding scheme without prior notice.

17. OSIM (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke any rewards if it suspects of any misuse or abuse of the program.

18. OSIM (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter any terms & conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of OSIM (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall remain final.
