For referee :

1. Referral code must be presented at the time of purchase for referee to redeem the gift.

2. Referee will be rewarded 1 unit of gift in a single receipt of the eligible products.

3. Referee who purchase any demo products are not entitled to redeem the referee gift. However, they are still entitled to receive a referral code to participate in referral program.

For referrer :

1. For each successful referral, referrer will be rewarded with a Gift or OSIM cash voucher. Referral can choose the Gift or voucher.

2.Only 1 OSIM Cash Voucher or 1 unit of Gift will be issued for each successful referral.

3.Referrals who refer a friend to purchase any demo products or spending RM15,000 on demo products are not entitled to receive any reward.

4.The redemption code will be sent via SMS 1 day after the referee completed the purchase.

5.Redemption code issued for this program will be based on the highest value product the referee purchased using the referral code.

6. Redemption codes issued for this program will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.

7.OSIM Cash Voucher codes issued for this program can be accumulated but cannot be combined with other vouchers, and not valid for redemption against repair services and accessories.
